Social housing and the new dwelling policies
The social housing architectural programme started gaining popularity at the end of the 19th century, when the issue that emerged because of the mutations was prevalent and was to be resolved. Therefore, a new living policy appeared, in which the state had to provide housing for the people who could not afford it, being its duty to ensure all families had a decent place to live.
