Landscape within a landscape

The landscape within a landscape is an architectural theory that says that a building has to borrow the natural properties of its surroundings and look as though it was born from there, not created by humans. The use of local materials, shapes and colours, all support this design that aims to enable the building to have a complete integration within the landscape.
